Day 65 – Temporary

Friday, November 20th, 2009

This piece only lives as long as it was created. It looks better in person, but the flash from the camera kinda washes it out.

Day 64 – Chinese Roof Sculpture

Thursday, November 19th, 2009

I got the proportions of this one all wrong, but the beauty is that you don’t have the original as reference. I still like the way it turned out.

Day 63 – Another Revisit

Wednesday, November 18th, 2009

I’m always trying to get one of these remakes to turn into something, but they still somehow seem incomplete to me.

Day 62 – Sax Player

Tuesday, November 17th, 2009

Another black and white portrait. I’m really enjoying these. I may try one self portrait this way

Day 61 – Screwed

Monday, November 16th, 2009

I really had no clue what to draw tonight, and before I knew it I was sketching using a screw and my blue ink. It has some redeeming qualities.

Day 60 – Quick Sketch

Sunday, November 15th, 2009

I probably did this sketch in under a minute or so. Have you ever tried to draw a 2 year old who never sits still?

Day 59 – Face

Saturday, November 14th, 2009

This once again doesn’t look like who it’s supposed to, not to mention the different sized pupils. It’s still a nice stylized drawing though.

Day 58 – Printer Fail

Friday, November 13th, 2009

The printer started running out of ink.

Day 57 – Bottle and Hand

Thursday, November 12th, 2009

This time I decided to mix the use of my fine tip pen and the sharpie. I think it came out pretty well.

Day 56 – Protest

Wednesday, November 11th, 2009

This one is more for a graphic design, than a piece of art in itself. I think this could be turned into something more.
