I really was not happy with the sketches from the last couple days, so I thought I should starting working on the detail, instead of just worrying about the whole picture. I also caught myself starting to look at this project as a chore, which I really don’t want it to become. I need to work on things that excite me. Maybe I’ll go back to more cut paper, that was exciting.
Yeah, that eye looks pretty weary and unhappy. Sounds like a good plan to lean toward media or subject matter that you are excited about. 351 more pieces will seem like a lot if you don’t have fun with it.
